On Thursday, March 12, 2026, we will be hosting a one-night-only Makers' Dinner, inviting producers from two of Texas' most iconic wineries, William Chris Vineyards and Calais Winery.
In recent years, Texas has become one of the most popular wine-producing regions in the United States.
This time, the producer himself will be visiting Japan from a talented winery that brings out the unique characteristics of each land to the fullest.
The less familiar world of Texas wine will be unravelled through Sillage's creative cuisine, along with stories from the producers themselves.
■ Introduction of guest wineries and producers
1. WILLIAM CHRIS VINEYARDS

A pioneer who raised the quality of Texas wine to a world-class level.
The winery is known for its honest and transparent winemaking, which reflects the unique terroir of Texas.
2. CALAIS WINERY

Founded in 2008, this winery is located in Hye, Texas Hill Country.
Using 100% Texas-grown grapes, they produce small-batch wines that combine traditional French techniques with the Texas climate.
