At Sillage, we treasure financiers as a small dessert served at the end of dinner.
This time of year, add a little seasonal flair.
For a limited time only, until February 15th, we are serving chocolate financiers with our dinner course.

The chocolate used this time is from CACAO HUNTERS, a Colombian company that continues to explore the possibilities of cacao.
Working closely with local producers, we cultivate cacao that respects the unique characteristics of each region, and then turn them into chocolate that makes the most of those characteristics.
We travel to various producing areas across the vast country of Colombia, sometimes working with ethnic minority producers, to discover, cultivate, and pursue the quality of cacao unique to each region.
This accumulation of efforts leads to chocolate that brings out the unique characteristics of cacao to the fullest.
They are an amazing chocolate producer who embodies this truly difficult process with great passion.
For the chocolate financiers this time, we used TUMACO 70% .
The rich aroma of cocoa spreads throughout the mouth, and nuances of nuts, wood, and caramel slowly emerge over time.
Cocoa nibs are also added to the dough, adding just the right amount of depth and texture to the moistly baked financiers.

It is served alongside our standard almond and hazelnut financiers, allowing you to enjoy it in a way that is unique to this time of year.
A simple seasonal dish that is an extension of Sillage's signature financiers.
We hope you enjoy this dish as the finale to your dinner course, leaving you with a gentle aftertaste.
*These chocolate financiers are only available as part of the dinner course.
